These Official Contest & Giveaway Rules ("Official Rules") govern promotional contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, drawings, and similar promotions (each, a "Promotion") offered by Energetic Entertainment Group ("EEG," "we," "our," or "us") through EEGNation.com, our official social media channels, or other authorized platforms.

By entering any Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of EEG, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

Unless otherwise stated, each Promotion is sponsored by:

If a Promotion is sponsored jointly with another company or organization, the applicable Promotion details will identify the co-sponsor(s).

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated:

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws.
Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of EEG, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and Promotion partners may be ineligible if stated in the applicable Promotion details.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific Promotions.

3. Promotion Period

Each Promotion will identify:

Start date and time.
End date and time.
Applicable time zone.
Entry deadline.
Winner announcement date, if applicable.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. No Purchase Necessary

Unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

If a Promotion permits purchases, any available alternative method of entry (AMOE) will be described in the applicable Promotion details.

5. How to Enter

6. Entry Limits

One entry per person.
One entry per email address.
One entry per household.
One entry per device where applicable.

Duplicate, automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected according to the method described in the applicable Promotion.

Skill-based evaluation.

EEG's decisions are final and binding.

If a selected winner:

Cannot be contacted,

Is determined to be ineligible, or

Prizes are non-transferable.
No cash substitutions will be provided.
EEG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, local, or international taxes, duties, fees, or reporting obligations associated with receiving a prize.

EEG may request tax documentation where required by law.

11. Travel Prizes

If a Promotion includes travel:

Travel dates may be restricted.
Availability is not guaranteed.
Winners are responsible for valid identification and travel documentation.
Travel is subject to carrier terms and applicable laws.
EEG is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

12. User-Generated Content

If a Promotion requires submission of photos, videos, music, artwork, or other creative materials:

You represent that:

You own the content or have all necessary rights to submit it.
Your submission does not infringe the rights of others.
Your submission complies with EEG's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

By entering, you grant EEG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and promote your submitted content in connection with the Promotion and EEG's marketing, unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of your original content.

13. Publicity Release

Where permitted by law, winners grant EEG the right to use their:

Name.
City and state of residence.
Photograph.
Voice.
Likeness.
Biographical information.
Submitted content.

for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes relating to the Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may be disqualified for:

Fraudulent entries.
Automated entries.
False information.
Multiple accounts used to gain an unfair advantage.
Vote manipulation.
Tampering with the Promotion.
Harassment of judges, staff, or participants.
Violation of applicable laws.
Violation of EEG's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

15. Technical Issues

EEG is not responsible for:

Lost entries.
Delayed entries.
Network failures.
Internet interruptions.
Hardware failures.
Software errors.
Email delivery problems.
Website downtime.
Unauthorized access.
Technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

16. Cancellation or Modification

EEG reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, including:

Technical failures.
Fraud.
Security incidents.
Natural disasters.
Government actions.
Force majeure events.

Where practical, EEG will provide notice of material changes.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEG and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any Promotion or prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless EEG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, advertising agencies, and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

19. Privacy

Information collected during a Promotion will be handled in accordance with EEG's Privacy Policy.

Entrants should review the Privacy Policy available on EEGNation.com before participating.

20. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from a Promotion shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Rule Changes

EEG reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time to reflect legal, operational, or business changes.

Material revisions will become effective upon posting to EEGNation.com unless otherwise specified.
