Artist Submission Agreement

Energetic Entertainment Group (EEG)

This Artist Submission Agreement ("Agreement") governs the submission of creative materials to Energetic Entertainment Group ("EEG," "we," "our," or "us") through EEGNation.com or any affiliated communication channel.

By submitting any material to EEG, you ("Artist," "Submitter," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Purpose

EEG welcomes submissions from artists, musicians, DJs, producers, songwriters, vocalists, bands, creators, photographers, filmmakers, content creators, influencers, entertainers, and other creative professionals seeking opportunities for collaboration or consideration.

Submitting material does not guarantee:

Review of your submission
A response from EEG
Representation
Management
Publishing
Licensing
Distribution
Performance opportunities
Sponsorship
Employment
Investment
Any business relationship

All submissions are evaluated solely at EEG's discretion.

2. Types of Accepted Submissions

EEG may accept submissions including, but not limited to:

Original music
Demo recordings
DJ mixes
Instrumentals
Beats
Music videos
Live performance videos
Photography
Artwork
Press kits
Electronic Press Kits (EPKs)
Performance résumés
Social media portfolios
Brand collaborations
Podcast concepts
Entertainment proposals
Film concepts
Event concepts
Fashion collaborations
Promotional materials

EEG reserves the right to decline or remove any submission.

3. Ownership

You retain ownership of your original work.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of your intellectual property to EEG unless a separate written agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Rights Granted to EEG

By submitting materials, you grant EEG a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Receive your submission.
Store your submission.
Review your submission internally.
Share your submission with authorized EEG employees, contractors, consultants, or advisors for evaluation.
Contact you regarding your submission.

This limited license exists solely for evaluation purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. No Confidential Relationship

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information that you do not wish to disclose.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Your submission is not confidential.
EEG has no duty to keep your submission confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No fiduciary relationship is created.
No agency relationship is created.
No partnership or joint venture is created.

6. Similar Ideas

EEG develops, acquires, licenses, and produces a wide variety of entertainment projects.

You acknowledge that EEG may already possess, independently develop, or later receive ideas, music, concepts, lyrics, artwork, branding, or creative materials that are similar or identical to your submission.

You agree that you will not assert claims against EEG solely because its existing or future projects resemble your submission.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your legal rights where actual infringement of protected intellectual property can be established.

7. No Compensation

Submitting materials does not entitle you to:

Payment
Royalties
Compensation
Credit
Employment
Future opportunities

Compensation, if any, will only arise under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

8. Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You own the submitted material or have all necessary rights to submit it.
Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other legal right.
Your submission does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or offensive material.
You have obtained all necessary permissions from collaborators, producers, featured artists, photographers, videographers, and any other contributors.

9. Artificial Intelligence

If any portion of your submission was created or materially assisted using artificial intelligence or generative AI tools, you agree to disclose that fact upon request.

EEG reserves the right to evaluate AI-assisted works under separate internal standards.

10. Submission Review

EEG is under no obligation to:

Open your files.
Listen to audio.
Watch videos.
Read written materials.
Provide feedback.
Return submissions.
Explain any decision.
Retain submitted materials.

Due to the volume of submissions, EEG cannot guarantee individual responses.

11. Electronic Communications

By submitting materials, you consent to receive communications from EEG regarding your submission, including requests for additional information or notification of interest.

Submitting materials does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing emails will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

12. Publicity

You may not state or imply that EEG endorses, represents, manages, or has entered into a business relationship with you unless such relationship has been confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Use of EEG's name, logos, trademarks, or branding for promotional purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Confidential Materials from EEG

If EEG later shares confidential information with you, that information remains the property of EEG and may not be disclosed or used except as authorized in writing.

14. Intellectual Property

All EEG trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, designs, branding, website content, photographs, videos, promotional materials, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Energetic Entertainment Group or its licensors.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership or license in EEG's intellectual property except as expressly stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your submission or EEG's evaluation of your materials.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Energetic Entertainment Group, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your submission.
Your breach of this Agreement.
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
False representations made by you.

17. Termination

EEG may discontinue accepting submissions, remove submitted materials from its systems, or terminate the submission process at any time without notice.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to This Agreement

EEG reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

The revised Agreement becomes effective upon posting to EEGNation.com.

Your continued submission of materials after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
